Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to find out which of the body's systems are out of balance, then using various techniques including structural, emotional, nutritional and energetic corrections, aims to bring the body back into balance.

In my practise I use Kinesiology techniques to test for food allergies and food intolerances, help relieve pain, correct clumsiness and confidence issues to name a few.

Nutritional supplements and flower remedies can be recommended.

Kinesiology does not focus on specific symptoms it tests for and corrects inbalances throughout the whole mind/body system therefore the list of health problems it can help is endless, but here are some examples:

  • Clumsiness

  • improved breathing
  • stiff neck
  • tiredness
  • improving hearing and clarity of vision

What are the benefits of Applied Kinesiology?

Helping with everyday complaints where no permanent cure has been found. The assessment techniques are good at identifying the causes of problems and pin pointing the underlying causes of general feelings of fatigue and unwellness.

In more serious conditions Kinesiology enables people to function as well as possible under the circumstances and can support the person toward better health. Applied Kinesiology is also ideal as a preventative health care.

What should I do to prepare for a session?

Make sure you drink plenty of plain water before a Kinesiology session, as the first thing tested for is dehydration. If you are dehydrated you will be asked to drink water until your body comes back into balance... You'll get more treatment time if you start the session hydrated!

Be aware of how you are feeling emotionally and physically.

Other Information

Most people need 3 - 6 sessions to work through specific problems, but you should see a positive result by the third session.

Most people feel improved well-being after a session, but it is normal to feel tired, or a little un-well as your body comes back into balance and releases old ailments or emotional experiences.
