Pregnancy and Post-natal Massage
Victoria can focus on any specific areas that are giving you problems - mine were stiff hips from carrying all that extra weight and cramps in my legs at night. Regular massages with Victoria enabled me to get a better nights sleep, which gave me more energy for the daytime so that I stayed quite active right up until the day Joseph was born.
During pregnancy and birth a woman's body goes through many dramatic emotional and physical changes. Using a combination of therapeutic massage techniques, passive and active exercise and breathing techniques, pregnancy massage can help relieve aches and pains, rebalance the changing body and improve the connection between mother and baby as well as naturally preparing the body for birth.
To help with: pelvic girdle pain (PGP), insomnia, sickness, hip pain, restless legs, backache, discomfort, cramping and much more.
60 or 90 minute sessions.
An initial consultation is needed for all new clients prior to the first treatment.
Post-natal work can help rebalance the body after birth and help you feel like you again.
I've worked with pregnant and post-natal women for the past 11 years and have trained with Dr. Gowri Motha of The Gentle Birth Method, Suzanne Yates of Well Mother and Suzanne Enzer - Maternity Reflexology.

I have been a client of Victoria's for the past three a half years - and can truly say she is a miracle worker.
I first began to see her when I was heavily pregnant with my eldest son, and her pregnancy massage was the only physical and emotional relief I got towards the end - those 90 minutes were my precious time not only to relax and prepare my body for birth but to bond with my baby. After his birth I came back for some repair work and then when I got pregnant with my second, I have been coming regularly ever since.
The work we did together not only put me in a much better physical state for the birth, but more importantly, emotionally.
Through massage and EFT - we healed old wounds, both mentally and physically and I dealt with some deep rooted fears and guilt emotions that have now been released. My second birth was amazing, and bond with my son impenetrable. Part of that, i sure, is down to Victoria.
I can tell Victoria things I would not even tell my own mother! Motherhood is not always crisp white duvet covers and naked beaming babies being held in the air by skinny women in white jeans. It's a rollercoaster.
I've recommended all my friends to see Victoria and they have all become regular clients. As a journalist specialisng in parenting and babies - therefore speaking to countless women about how important it is to retain a sense of self - Victoria is perfect to help you on your journey. she has been an anchor to me. Thanks Victoria, for everything.
